1How much does the test cost?

EduSynch’s CEFR Level Test costs MYR 120 and can be purchased directly online. You will also be charged a Service Tax on Digital Services (SToDS) of 6%. This means the total cost of the test will be MYR 127.20

2How is the test structured?

EduSynch's CEFR Level Test is a 1 hour exam delivered entirely online. The test is comprised of all four English skills: Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing.

This test is based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and has been expanded into a 15-level scale (A0 - C2) for more nuanced measurement.

The breakdown of the test structure can be seen below:

Reading Section: Duration: 20 minutes Questions: 18 to 25 questions

Listening Section: Duration: 10 minutes Questions: 8 to 12 questions

Speaking Section: Duration: 10 minutes Questions: 1 question Preparation Time for: 15 seconds Response Time: 45 seconds

Writing Section: Duration: 20 minutes Questions: 1 question

3How long does it take for me to receive my results?

All results are processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email with a link to your scores, and when you log in, you will be able to see a detailed breakdown of how you did on each section of the test. You can even download your certificate directly from the platform and share it on social media!
